Turn Passion Into Action

'Hamish came to the rescue when we were looking for design help for the launch of Protect Our Winters Europe at ISPO. And what a pleasure it was working with him. He took a slightly disjointed brief to design the visuals for a stand, print assets and a website and, with strategic intelligence and vision, created a coherent and striking user experience that exceeded our expectations and got us off to a great start from which we haven’t looked back. We especially appreciated his unfailingly positive and solutions-focused attitude and his strategic creativity and expertise that he combines with an inspiring passion for driving positive change.'

Situation

Produce a new European-wide strategy and brand experience for the non-profit organisation that champions turning passionate skiers and snowboarders into climate activists.

Task

EU strategy and a highly impactful but low carbon footprint stand activation at ISPO2020.

Action

We collaborated with non-profit Protect Our Winters to create a new European strategy and brand plan for climate champions and created a campaign (UX, UI and CX) ‘Turn Passion Into Action’ to launch this key brand moment at ISPO 2020 in Munich, Germany.

Result

Brand contribution and customer loyalty, which in turn increased referral to peers and partners within the action sports industries.
