		<description>it&#039;s delicious this chutney, I replaced the dates with dried apricots and it worked a treat. Yummy yum yum enjoy.  Putting my head to the chopping board to praise God was an extra touch I liked in this recipe. ( warning make sure the board doesn&#039;t have tomato juices on it when you do this)

Not sure if you remember us but we met in Luang NamTha, in the food market where you showed us how hungry those dogs were ! Great to read though your blog though, brings back good memories of some of the similar paths we followed. Totally agree with your assessment of the Vietnamese, even after all they&#039;ve gone though they are one of the friendliest we came across.</description>
